Politique d’expédition
1. Print-on-Demand Production
Purleform creates products on-demand through our printing partner, Gelato.
Because each item is custom-made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, Purleform will fully replace it at no cost.
To request a replacement:
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@purleform.com
and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Once verified with Gelato, we will issue a reprint and reship the item for free.
3. Lost or Not-Delivered Orders
If an order is marked as delivered but not received:
- First, check with local carriers, neighbors, or your building management.
- If the package is lost in transit (carrier does not deliver), Purleform will submit a claim to Gelato and provide a replacement shipment.
- Orders marked as delivered cannot be refunded, but we may assist with a replacement depending on the situation.
4. Customer Errors
- Purleform cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Wrong size, color, or product ordered
- Incorrect shipping address provided
- Customer-uploaded design errors (low resolution, typos, etc.)
- Since Gelato prints exactly what is ordered, we cannot alter or intercept items once production begins.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Because production starts quickly, we can only cancel or modify orders within 1 hour of purchase.
After that, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
6. Refunds
Refunds are generally not issued, except when:
- A replacement cannot be provided
- The order is defective beyond what a reprint will fix
- Purleform made an error that cannot be corrected
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- 7. Returns
As items are created on demand, we do not accept physical returns.
Please do not ship products back to Purleform or to Gelato.
